Force is committed to provide a program of excellence: excellence in the achievements of its athletes; excellence in consistently strong coaching and administration; and, most importantly, excellence in opportunities for every athlete to develop into the best athlete and person she can be. With this mindset we provide the opportunity for high level athletes to pursue their college aspirations as well as for the athletes who wish to improve their skills for their high school team.

We at FPVC strongly believe in the power of sport to change the lives of its athletes. It combines physical strength with mental life skills that will follow our athletes once their volleyball career is over. Leadership, teamwork, passion, perseverance in the face of adversity, and confidence are all qualities that our coaching staff hope to bring out in our athletes so that when they go out in the world they can face anything.
